The School of Medical Sciences and Research (SMSR), established in 2009 under Sharda University, is dedicated to providing an education that not only teaches but also inspires. Located in Greater Noida, SMSR offers a rigorous MBBS program with an intake of 250 students, approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Our mission is simple – to develop well-rounded, compassionate doctors by blending solid academic theory with hands-on experience.

The solid collaboration between SMSR and Sharda Hospital, a super-specialty hospital with 1,200 beds, is one of its most notable aspects. Fee Structure for MBBS Program (2025)

As per the 2025 update from DGME UP, the fee has increased from ₹12,69,319 to ₹15,23,183.

• Tuition Fee (per year): ₹15,23,183
• Miscellaneous Fee (per year): ₹85,600
• Hostel Fee: ₹1,65,000 (2 Seater Non-AC) (optional)
• Security Fee (One-Time Refundable): ₹3,00,000

Note: The MBBS fee is provisional and subject to approval from the Fee Fixation Committee, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility

Eligibility for MBBS Admission at Sharda University (2025)

1. NEET Qualification: Must have qualified NEET.
2. Age: Minimum 17 years
3. Educational Qualification:
   • Class 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
   • Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (45% for SC/ST/OBC and 40% for PwD).
4. Admission: Based on NEET score and allotment via UPDGME (for state quota) or AIQ.
5. Domicile: Uttar Pradesh domicile required for state quota. Non-domicile can apply for AIQ seats.

   • After registration, candidates will fill in their preferences for MBBS seats at Sharda University and other medical colleges.
   • Preferences should be based on NEET rank and desired location.
3. Seat Allotment:
   • The seat allotment is done based on NEET ranks and the filled preferences. Candidates will be allocated seats by UPDGME.
   • The seat allocation is done in multiple rounds (if applicable).
4. Document Verification:

5. Final Admission:
