The online registration for Round 1 of MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 has been extended and will now remain open until 01:00 PM on August 3, 2025. Candidates can pay the counselling fee until 04:00 PM on the same day.
The choice filling process has also been extended and will now be available until 11:59 PM on August 3, 2025. Candidates must complete choice locking between 06:00 PM and 11:59 PM on August 3, 2025.
After this, the seat allotment process will take place from August 4 to August 5, 2025, and the Round 1 result will be announced on August 6, 2025.
Candidates who are allotted a seat must report to their respective colleges between August 7 and August 11, 2025.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the complete schedule for MCC Counselling, covering all rounds for 15% All India Quota (AIQ), AIIMS, JIPMER, Deemed, and Central Universities. There is no limit to the number of colleges or courses you can fill. The more choices you make, the better your chances of getting a seat.

Make sure to lock your choices before the deadline. If you don’t, the system will auto-lock them, which may not match your preferences.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Missing the Registration Deadline-
Always register on time. Missing the deadline means you can't participate in the counselling. - Not Locking Choices-
If you don’t lock your choices, you risk them not being saved. Always lock your choices manually before the deadline. - Incorrect Category or Certificate Information-
Ensure your category and certificate details are accurate to avoid disqualification from reserved seats. - Filling Fewer Choices-
Filling only a few options limits your chances. Add as many choices as possible to widen your options. - Assuming Round 2 is Guaranteed-
