    Eligibility Criteria for Delhi NEET 2025 Counselling

    General Eligibility for All Candidates

    Must qualify NEET-UG 2025.Age Limit: Minimum 17 years (as of Dec 31, 2025). No upper age limit. Education: Must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. Minimum Marks Requirement:

    • General Category: 50%
    • OBC/SC/ST: 40%
    • PwD: 45%

    CW Quota Document Submission (Delhi University – 85% Quota)

    Delhi University has released a revised notice for NEET UG 2025 aspirants applying under the CW (Children/Widows of Armed Forces) category for 85% Delhi Quota seats in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses. Eligible candidates must upload their CW entitlement/concession documents on the official DU portal between 5th July and 11th July 2025 (till 5:00 PM).

    Counselling Process

    Round 1
