Document Requirements
Candidates are required to have all their related documents for the further reference and completion of registration. The documents required are as follows:

- MBBS Degree Certificate & Marksheets for all semesters

Choice Filling & Seat Allotment
- Choice filling will be open from 11 Nov to 14 Nov 2025 till 2 PM.
- During this period, candidates have the option to select the college and courses of their preference in order of priority.
- After choosing the preferred college and courses registration & payment must be done, after that, DMET UP will publish and announce the seat allotment list for Round 1 on 17 Nov 2025.
- After the list is published, selected candidates must report for admission between 18 Nov and 22 Nov 2025 to their allotted institute, complete document verification, pay any admission fee, and formally take admission.
- Failure to report within the given time could result in loss of the allotted seat.
