Counselling Process
The counselling process is entirely online and involves five main steps:
Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates must visit www.mcc.nic.in and register using their NEET PG credentials. They must pay a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit via online payment.
Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking
Candidates can select their preferred colleges and courses from the available options. Choices must be locked before the deadline; otherwise, the system will automatically freeze the last saved options.

Step 3: Seat Allotment
MCC releases provisional and final seat allotment results based on NEET PG rank, reservation criteria, and candidate preferences. Allotment letters can be downloaded from the official portal.
Step 4: Reporting to the Allotted College
Selected candidates must report to the allotted institute within the given timeline with all required documents. Failure to report results in seat cancellation and forfeiture of security deposit (in certain rounds).
Step 5: Upgradation and Resignation
Candidates can opt for upgradation from Round 1 to Round 2 and Round 3. However, once a candidate joins in Round 3, resignation or further upgradation is not allowed.
