NEET 2025 Merit List and Qualifying Criteria

Who Qualifies for NEET 2025?

Candidates must meet the minimum marks requirement in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology):

• General/UR/EWS – 50% in PCB
• SC/ST/OBC-NCL – 40% in PCB
• PwBD (General/EWS) – 45% in PCB

Merit List for 15% AIQ Seats

NTA prepares a separate merit list for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, which is sent to MCC for centralized counselling. This list includes:

Merit List for 85% State Quota and Other Seats
