    Overview

Candidates must complete online registration, submit documents, and participate in choice filling to be considered for Government and Private Medical Colleges in Kerala. The Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) includes multiple rounds of counselling, such as Trial Counselling, First & Second Round Counselling, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round, giving students multiple chances to secure a seat.

With no separate state entrance exam, NEET-PG 2026 remains the only eligibility criterion for admission. The seat matrix covers Government Medical Colleges, Private Self-Financing Colleges, NRI Quota, Management Quota, and Special Reservation categories. Candidates must carefully follow the reservation policies, eligibility criteria, and official guidelines to maximise their chances of securing admission.
