Who Conducts This Counselling?

Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak, is authorized to conduct the Online Combined Centralized Counselling for all Government, Government Aided, and Private Medical and Dental institutes in Haryana, including those under private universities.

How Seats Are Divided?

Who Is Eligible?

To be eligible for admission through Government/Government Aided institutions and Open Merit (State Quota) seats in Private institutions, you need to:

• Be a citizen of India
• Be a bona fide resident of Haryana, with the required Haryana Residence Certificate (unless you fall under specific exempted categories, such as having passed your qualifying exam from a school/college in Haryana)
• Meet the minimum eligibility criteria set out in the NEET UG 2026 Information Bulletin and NMC/NDC regulations

For Management Category seats, candidates from anywhere in India are eligible, regardless of their state of domicile or where they studied.
