The Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2026 has now released the Stray Round on its official website. The people in charge of counselling in the state have put out a schedule for Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2026. • Help Center working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Help Centers will remain closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
• For Online Registration, PIN can be purchased online at www.medadmgujarat.org by paying:
  Rs. 3,000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs. 25,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit)
  Total: Rs. 28,000/- (Rupees Twenty-eight Thousand only)
• Candidate who has been allotted a seat in Round-3 is not eligible for this round.
• Candidates who have already purchased Online PIN by paying Rs. 28,000/- in Round 01, Round 02, or Round 03 and have not completed online registration/documents verification & submission of photocopies need not purchase Online PIN again. They only need to complete documents verification and submit photocopies at the Help Center.

What is a Stray Round?

Stray round is a final mop-up phase in NEET counselling. It is used by state or central counselling authorities to fill remaining MBBS/BDS/PG seats after all regular rounds (including stray vacancy rounds, mop-up, and stray rounds as defined locally) and AIQ/Deemed/Central counselling processes are over. It demonstrates vacancies that exist because of withdrawals, nonreporting, or ineligible candidates whose seats became vacant after rounds concluded.

Procedure for Online Registration (PIN)

1. PIN can be purchased online from the website: www.medadmgujarat.org by paying Rs. 3000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs.25,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs.28,000/-.
2. All the candidates are hereby informed that all the activities of admission described here can be performed within the stipulated time limit as declared by the Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) and refer to the admission schedule declared by ACPPGMEC from time to time on www.medadmgujarat.org.
3. The candidates, who have qualified NEET-MD/MS of the current academic year and are eligible as per the admission rules of Gujarat State, have to visit the website www.medadmgujarat.org from anywhere on the internet for Online Form Registration.
4. For online form registration candidate has to click “Medical /Dental” under “Post Graduate Admission.” A new window will appear on the computer screen.
5. Click the “Log-in for Post-Graduate Medical Admission” button. A new window will appear on the computer screen.
6. Click on “Purchase PIN” to purchase an online PIN. A new window will appear on the computer screen. Read the instructions carefully before purchasing a PIN online from the website. PIN can be purchased by paying Rs. 3000/- (Non-Refundable) + Rs. 25,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs.28,000/-.
7. Click on “Candidate Registration/Login” to start the registration process. A new window will appear on the computer screen.
8. To register as a new candidate, click the “Click here for New Registration” button. By doing so, the New Registration window will be displayed on the computer screen

9.Enter ‘Serial number of PIN’, ’14-digit PIN’, ‘E-mail Address’, ‘Mobile No.’, ‘Roll No. (NEET Roll No.) and ‘Captcha Image’ in the appropriate box. Verify the details entered, and if every detail entered is correct, click the “SUBMIT” button. Then, the “Online Registration Form” window will be displayed on the computer screen.

10. The candidate has to fill in personal details in the format as displayed in the “Online Registration Form”. The candidate’s Serial number or PIN will appear as LOGIN/USER ID. After that, the candidate has to enter a password using at least 6 (six) and a maximum of 12 (twelve) alphanumeric characters. Re-enter the same password at the space marked as “Confirm Password”. For future login, the candidate has to use the same Login ID, PIN, and password only. So, the candidate has to remember the password for subsequent login.
11. Please do not share your password and purchased PIN with anyone. You are advised to store your ID, Password and PIN number at multiple places (other than your mobile). If you have lost your PIN, you must have to visit at CCR, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar for regenerate your PIN by paying Rs. 500. Save the PIN till admission process & refund process gets over.
12. Verify the entries made, and if every detail is found correct, then choose the “I Agree” option at the bottom of the form, if the declaration is acceptable. If the candidate selects the “I Agree” option, he will be allowed to click the “SUBMIT” button. In case any mandatory information is not filled then registration will not be completed. In such a case, the incomplete fields will be highlighted by ‘*’ with red color, or a message will be displayed. Provide the incomplete information and click the “SUBMIT” button. OTP will be generated and will be sent to your Registered Mobile.
13. Click on “Save Changes”. A new window will appear on the computer screen. “Save Changes”.
14. By doing so, “Registration Details” will be generated. If any corrections are required, then click the “EDIT/CONFIRM APPLICATION” button. The “Online Registration Form” will appear with already filled details, which can be edited by the candidate if needed. After editing, the candidate has to verify the details entered, and if every detail is found correct, then go for “Upload Documents”. And after uploading the required documents, click the “Confirm Registration Details” button. No changes to registration details will be allowed after this. Now, if any change required will be done at the help center before verification. Candidates are instructed to upload all the required documents before confirming the application.
15. Now, after registration candidate have to upload documents as per registration details, as shown in the screenshots, according to category. Upload documents (readable photos) in.PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, or .PNG format only by clicking on “Choose file” > select the photo you want to upload > click on “Upload” button > Your document will be uploaded. You can delete a photo if you want to change the photo>click on the “Delete” button, and again do the same procedure to upload the correct photo. Choose and upload all documents one by one as given in “Sr. No.”
16. The candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at the Help Center. The candidate can select the Date and Help Center for Document Verification at the time of printing the Registration Slip. The candidate then has to submit “Registration Details” and all relevant original documents & self-attested photocopies at the appointed Help Center, compulsorily.
17. The candidate will be able to take print of the Registration Details after clicking “Re-Print Registration Slip”. OR The candidate will be able to print the Registration Details after clicking “Registration Details” under the “REGISTRATION DETAILS” button. The candidate can click the “Print Your Details” button for printing “Registration Details” page.
18. For the confirmation of registration at the Help Center, all candidates have to take print of the “Registration Details” (two copies). Self-attested copies of all relevant documents (as per the list mentioned at the bottom of the Registration Details) should be attached to the Registration Details. Both the candidate as well as parent/guardian of the candidate have to compulsorily sign the Registration Details at the space provided. In case of candidates of SC/SEBC/ST/EWS/PwD category, the candidates have to submit 02 copies of caste certificate, non-creamy layer certificate, and school leaving certificate/transfer certificate of each
19. The officer at the Help Center will verify the Registration Details and self-attested photocopies of relevant documents with originals. The officer will retain the Registration Slip and the set of self-attested documents and issue the Registration Slip with signature and seal to the Candidate. It is mandatory for all candidates to verify all Original Documents at the Help Center and obtain a Registration Slip, without which the candidate shall not be eligible for further admission process.
20. FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE PASSED MBBS OUTSIDE GUJARAT BUT WITHIN INDIA, BORN IN GUJARAT / DOMICILE OF GUJARAT AND PASSED 12TH SCIENCE FROM A SCHOOL LOCATED WITHIN GUJARAT:
21. Foreign Medical Graduates (FMG) have to upload a scanned copy of the NBE screening exam marksheet during document upload and have to verify the original document at the help center.
22. FOR PwD (PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES) CANDIDATE: All candidates who are applying for the PwD quota have to appear for an examination for disability to the Medical Board of ACPUGMEC. Only Disability Certificate issued by the Medical Board of ACPUGMEC will be considered. No other PwD certificate, issued by any other Authorities/Hospital will be entertained.
23. FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE PASSED MBBS OUTSIDE INDIA, BORN IN GUJARAT / DOMICILE OF GUJARAT, AND PASSED 12TH SCIENCE FROM A SCHOOL LOCATED WITHIN GUJARAT.
